Shipping Process for Original Artworks

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces, shipped directly from the artist’s studio. Unlike prints, which are produced in set locations, original pieces require individual handling and precise shipping arrangements to ensure safe and secure transit. To make these artworks available to collectors globally, we personally calculate and arrange shipping for each order.

How It Works:

1️⃣ Place Your Order – At checkout, shipping will display as “To Be Calculated.”
2️⃣ Receive a Shipping Invoice – After purchase, we will email you the exact DHL Express shipping cost based on your location.
3️⃣ Complete the Shipping Payment – A secure payment link will be provided for the shipping fee.
4️⃣ Your Artwork Ships – Once the shipping payment is received, your artwork will be carefully packaged and dispatched.

Any local tax, VAT, customs, or other handling fees for any product purchased from Eman’s Gallery website are the responsibility of the buyer to settle and are not part of Eman’s Gallery product sale price nor shipping fee. 

Refusal to pay any such local charges may result in non-delivery or return of the item, in which case original shipping fees will not be refunded.
