How long does shipping take for my order?
Original artworks ship from the artist's studio within 3–5 business days, with delivery in 5–10 days worldwide via trusted couriers. Prints and merchandise are made on demand and ship in 2–7 days, depending on location. Full details at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and final sale — no returns. For prints and merchandise, returns follow our partner Printful’s policy (30 days for defects). Contact us at talk@emansgallery.com and we’ll guide you through.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes?
Duties, VAT, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country — they are not included in our prices or shipping. Check your local regulations; refusal may incur return costs (not refunded).
How do I care for my art-inspired products?
Swimwear & apparel: Machine wash cold, inside out, air dry. Avoid bleach/iron.
Prints & canvases: Dust gently; avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

What sizes are available, and is it true to size?
Apparel & swimwear run from XS–3XL (true to standard sizing — check our size guide).

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped. Originals use premium couriers; prints/merch via Printful. Questions? Reach us at talk@emansgallery.com.
