Each artwork by Eman Khalifa is created as an original contemporary piece and handled with care from studio to collector.
Original Paintings
All original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces and therefore all sales are considered final.
Due to the unique nature of original paintings, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed.
If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact:
talk@emansgallery.com
within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:
- the artwork,
- the packaging,
- and any visible damage.
We will work with the courier and assist in resolving the matter in accordance with the courrier's shipping and insurance policies.
Shipping Damage
All artworks are carefully inspected and professionally packaged before dispatch. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipping, please retain all original packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate. Eman Khalifa Contemporary Artist cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the buyer.
Customs, Duties & Refused Deliveries
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges or import fees, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or courier charges incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund.
